At Whisky Select, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best whisky and customer service. In case you need to return a product, we've outlined our returns policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
As a customer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This right is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To initiate a return, please contact our orders team via email at sales@whiskyselect.co. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all labels and seals intact.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or was sent to you in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions mentioned above. If the returned item meets these conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that certain items are exempt from our returns policy:
• Perishable goods such as opened bottles of whisky
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products with broken seals or packaging that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
